Before a factory begins production of new model, many people participate in the plans for it, a process that can take years. First the manufacturers decide what sort of car they want, how many people should carry, what its performance to be and what it will cost. Engineers then work out the technical design of the car. Stylish suggest attractive designs for the exterior and interior. Sales experts study the sales potential of the new model. When all parties are satisfied, a prototype is built and tested. If that is satisfactory, the car then goes into production
